Return Policy

We are happy to offer refunds and free returns for items that are unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags attached, within 14 days from the ship date. 

To request a return, email us at support@tarpclothing.com and include your order number, along with the item you'd like to return.  We'll email you back with a link to access your prepaid return label.  You'll need to print the label, attach it to the outside of your package and drop it off at your closest Canada Post outlet.

Once we receive the return, you will be refunded for the cost of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs.

We are not able to offer exchanges.  If you would like to exchange your item, please follow the steps to process a return, then make a new purchase for your preferred item.
